What do you love most about the flute?
What I love the most about the flute? EVERYTHING really……having said this, I LOVE to make music with wonderful colleagues and friends AND sharing time and talents with the world.
Do you have a favorite experience playing with Lone Star?
Each and every experience I have had with Lone Star has been amazing. Perhaps the most memorable experience is the honor and privilege of making music with my section. We have an amazing relationship which makes everything enjoyable and significant. Additionally, performing under the baton of Professor Corporon has been a life changing experience.
What do you like to do outside of playing music?
Outside of music? There is NO outside of music for me. I’ve known since third grade what I wanted to do with my life. Each and every day is filled with wonderful music whether I am teaching, collaborating, conducting or performing.
