On Sunday, January 27, the Lone Star Wind Orchestra marks the 10th anniversary of Eugene Migliaro Corporon as Music Director with a concert at the Eisemann Center in Richardson. The LSWO celebrates Maestro Corporon’s love of cars with a program including David Gillingham’s Internal Combustion, John Mackey’s Redline Tango, and Michael Markowski’s JoyRide. The wind orchestra also gives the world premiere of James Stephenson’s Concerto Grosso for solo flute, alto sax, bass trombone, marimba, and wind band.
