Music Director Eugene Migliaro Corporon and the Lone Star Wind Orchestra embrace the Force to honor legendary film composer John Williams. In a program titled “Legacy of John Williams,” the LSWO melds screen and stage, showing movie trailers and performing selections from some of the greatest film scores. This includes Star Wars, E.T, Indiana Jones, and more. Clarinetist Phillip O. Paglialonga joins the wind orchestra for “Viktor’s Tale” from The Terminal.

“I think the contribution of music to film is something that is immeasurable, and we really can’t quantify that,” spoke John Williams. “Music and film are sister arts that live together and depend on each other.”
